1、 System power on inspection

(1) in order to ensure that the system can work properly and after installation, it is necessary to check all the equipment of the whole system before debugging and check whether the wiring between the components is correct. If the wiring error occurs, it will affect the normal operation of the whole system.

(2) Focus on checking whether the power wiring of the building intercom system is correct, whether there is a short circuit between the positive and negative electrodes, etc. if such errors occur, it is easy to cause the system to burn down the equipment or lines, resulting in the system being damaged and unusable. In serious cases, it may cause a fire accidentally.

2、 Commissioning of building intercom system between units

(1) Under the condition that the line wiring is correct and the equipment is in good condition, the unit system can operate normally after being powered on and enter the mode adjustment stage.

(2) In the stage of unit commissioning, we first connect all the wiring of the door host, the lowest protector or decoder and the indoor unit, and number the room numbers of all extensions according to the instructions. When powered on, debug whether the system in this area works normally, and confirm whether the door host, the bottom line and equipment operate normally.

(3) If the intercom system can work normally, it proves that the host, equipment and lines at the door are normal. Next, cut off the power supply of this layer, connect with the main line of the upper layer, debug the second layer to ensure whether the intercom system is normal, and then debug layer by layer according to this method.

(4) It is worth noting that the commissioning between unit buildings must be carried out layer by layer from the bottom floor. It must not be done carelessly. The equipment mode of each floor of the unit building must be determined to be able to operate normally. Otherwise, in case of problems, it will not only increase the enterprise cost and impact, but also affect the user's experience of the product.

3、 Preparation before installation of security monitoring

(1) Before the security monitoring equipment, we need to conduct a comprehensive inspection on all lines of the building intercom system to check whether there are problems such as short circuit or open circuit.

(2) the equipment can be installed only after the line is checked, and soldering is not allowed at each connection point of the wiring.

(3) the building intercom system shall be installed in strict accordance with the specifications and product instructions.
